Arabian Gulf Trading Company was established in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, by brothers Ghayoor and Misbah Siddiqui, with a paid-in capital of SAR 500,000. Ghayoor Siddiqui was appointed as the president and representative director. This marked the beginning of what would grow into the AGE Group.
